Usually server-side (Google outage) or network-related in DepEd context.
Steps:
1. Check status
- Visit https://www.google.com/appsstatus/dashboard (look for Drive)
- If red/yellow → wait (common during peak hours 8–11 AM)
2. Basic troubleshooting
- Refresh page (Ctrl+F5 hard refresh)
- Try different browser (Chrome preferred for Workspace)
- Switch network (school Wi-Fi → mobile hotspot)
- Sign out/in again
3. File-specific issues
- If one file fails: Make copy (File → Make a copy)
- Large files/videos: Wait longer or download/upload again
4. DepEd considerations
- During national exams/reporting periods → higher load → more errors
- If persistent → test on personal device outside school network
Report to helpdesk only if issue lasts >1 hour and affects multiple users.
