Steps to reduce emails going to Spam:
For recipients:
1. Open Gmail → Spam folder
2. Open the message → click Not spam
3. Add sender to Contacts
4. Create filter: Settings → See all settings → Filters → Create filter
→ From: *@deped.gov.ph → Never send to Spam
For senders (prevent your emails being marked spam):
• Avoid sending to 100+ recipients at once
• Don’t attach very large files (>25 MB)
• Use descriptive subject lines (not all CAPS or many !!!!!)
• Avoid too many links or suspicious words
• Send test email to yourself first
Still issues? → Ask recipient to whitelist your email in their Gmail filters
