1. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del and open Task Manager.
2. End the Excel process.
3. Restart Excel – it may prompt to recover unsaved files.
4. Disable add-ins: File → Options → Add-ins → Go → uncheck all.
5. Repair Office via Control Panel → Programs → Microsoft Office → Change → Quick Repair.
