How to set up DepEd Gmail on Android/iPhone (Gmail app)

Android (Gmail app – recommended):
1. Open Gmail app
2. Tap menu (three lines) → Settings → Add account
3. Choose Google → enter your full DepEd email
4. Sign in (use browser if prompted)
5. Allow permissions → Finish

iPhone/iPad (Gmail app or iOS Mail):
Option A – Gmail app (easier)
1. Download Gmail from App Store
2. Sign in with DepEd email & password
3. Follow prompts (may redirect to browser for 2FA)

Option B – iOS Mail app
1. Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account → Google
2. Enter DepEd email → Next
3. Sign in via Google → Allow
4. Choose what to sync (Mail, Contacts, Calendar)

Important:
• Always enable 2-Step Verification
• If login fails → generate App Password (if 2FA is on)
