Cannot send or receive emails in DepEd Gmail (stuck in Outbox / no sync)

Common causes & fixes:

1. Internet connection unstable
→ Test speed (speedtest.net) – need ≥ 5 Mbps for smooth email
→ Switch Wi-Fi / mobile data / restart router

2. Gmail app / browser cache problem
→ Gmail app: Settings → your account → Manage accounts → Remove & re-add
→ Browser: Ctrl+Shift+R (hard refresh) or clear cache

3. Storage full (very common!)
→ Check: https://one.google.com/storage
→ Gmail itself rarely fills up – usually Google Drive/Photos
→ Delete large attachments or empty Trash/Spam

4. Sending limits reached (rare for normal use)
→ Google Workspace daily limit ≈ 2,000 messages
→ Wait until next day (midnight reset)

5. Sender blocked / flagged as spam by recipient
→ Ask recipient to check their Spam/Junk folder
