Google temporarily blocks login after 5–10 failed attempts (usually 30 min – 24 hours).
Self-recovery steps:
1. Wait at least 30–60 minutes
2. Go to https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery
3. Enter your full DepEd email → follow prompts
4. Use recovery phone/email if previously set up
5. Answer security questions (if any)
If you never set recovery options:
• School/division ITO or Personnel Unit must request unlock/reactivation
• Prepare: Full name, Employee ID, School/Division, Date of birth, Mobile number
Prevention tips:
• Use password manager or browser saved password
• Enable 2-Step Verification (strongly recommended)
• Avoid using public/shared computers for DepEd email
