DepEd Gmail login says "Account not found" or "No such user"

This usually means one of these:
1. You are typing the wrong email address
• Correct format: firstname.lastname@deped.gov.ph (not @yahoo / @gmail personal)
• Double-check spelling and .ph ending
2. Your account is not yet activated / provisioned
• New teachers: wait 2–5 working days after HR submits your details
• Contact your school/division ITO or Personnel Unit
3. Account was deactivated (e.g., retired, transferred, AWOL > 6 months)
• Only MIS/Regional ITO can reactivate – submit formal request letter
Quick checks:
• Try logging in from another browser or incognito mode
• Use https://mail.google.com instead of the Gmail app first
• If MFA is enabled, make sure you’re using the correct phone/authenticator
