1. Compress all pictures: Select image → Picture Format → Compress Pictures → 96 ppi.
2. Delete unused slide masters and layouts.
3. Save as .pptx (not older formats).
4. Remove embedded videos or link them instead.
5. Use File → Info → Reduce File Size.
