1. Open Outlook on the web (outlook.office.com).
2. Click the gear icon → View all Outlook settings → Mail → Compose and reply.
3. In the Email signature box, type your name, position, school, and contact number.
4. Add the DepEd logo if approved.
5. Check "Automatically include my signature".
6. Save changes.
