1. Run Windows Update Troubleshooter.
2. Restart computer and try again.
3. Stop Windows Update service, delete SoftwareDistribution folder.
4. Use command: net stop wuauserv, then rename C:WindowsSoftwareDistribution to old, then net start wuauserv.
5. Check for disk space.
