How to replace a laptop battery

1. Power off the laptop and unplug the charger.
2. Locate the battery latch or screws on the underside.
3. Slide the latch to release the battery or remove screws.
4. Gently lift the battery out.
5. Align the new battery and press down until it clicks.
6. Secure any screws and plug in to charge.
7. Power on and check battery status.
