DepEd Computer Donation Program – Laptop Care Tips

Battery Care:
- Charge between 20% and 80%
- Avoid overnight charging
- Use original charger only

Physical Care:
- Clean screen with microfiber cloth
- Keep away from food and drinks
- Use in well-ventilated area
- Close lid gently

Software Care:
- Run Windows Update weekly
- Do not install pirated software
- Scan with Windows Defender regularly
- Backup files to OneDrive

If issues:
- Do NOT attempt to repair yourself
- Report to Division ITO immediately
- Keep original box and documents

Note: DepEd laptops are government property – report loss/theft immediately.
