Wi-Fi Connection Issues in School – Quick Checklist

1. Check if other devices can connect.
2. Restart your device.
3. Forget network and reconnect:
- Settings → Wi-Fi → DepEd_WiFi → Forget
- Re-select and enter password
4. Check if Wi-Fi switch is on (laptops).
5. Move closer to access point.
6. Restart your device's network:
- Windows: ipconfig /release then ipconfig /renew
- Mac: System Preferences → Network → Advanced → Renew DHCP Lease
7. Report to ITO with:
- Location (room/building)
- Time issue started
- Device type

If widespread: IT may already be fixing it.
