1. Contact your Division ITO / MIS immediately.
2. Prepare: Full Name, Employee ID, School, Date of Birth.
3. ITO will verify identity and reset your password manually.
4. Wait time: Usually 1-3 working days.
5. Once reset, immediately set up recovery options:
- Go to myaccount.google.com
- Security → Recovery info
- Add recovery email and phone number.
